PROCESS

Design Power to make a proposal.

By considering all aspects of cost, fabrication and site erection work, the value of bridge will be maximized.

Fabrication drawing for client approval shall be released after verifying design documents that no consistency among its linear line calculation , stress calculation, quantity calculation and design drawings by investigating all aspects of design parameters, erection site condition, fabrication parameters at plant, installation method etc. However, this verification is not a simple procedural work at 『YADA』. we will propose a valuable idea generated by our design power even during verification process.

By the large scale fabrication plant, by the latest machines/facilities and by our superior people, we will make the best one.

『YADA』 owns one of the foremost large scale plant in Japan. Fabrication Power which enables one large block erection method brings a significant advantage in terms of value engineering of bridge. At the fabrication plant, cutting, drilling, assembly/welding, pre-trial assembly and painting work are proceeded with utilizing newest machines/facilities under the precise production control and thoroughly quality control system.

TECHNOLOGY

Site Construction Power to erect.

Raising a slogan of “secure the safety” and “keep the schedule”, the construction work is carried considering the environmental impact and landscape scenery.

Every time when we build a bridge which is composed with optimized material/type/erection method in terms of topography/geology as well as erection schedule and budget is a new challenge. This requires a flexible and tough Site Construction Power. It also requires the consideration on landscape scenery and minimizing environment impact. 『YADA』will proceed the site ercction work with safely/certainly to satisfy all aspects by utilizing the company owned machines/material, engineers/workers who are sufficiently experienced of the site work.

MAINTENANCE

Scrupulous maintenance will be continued after completion of erection work.

Bridge must be all the safety more than anything. 『YADA』will conduct a site investigation, repair/reinforcement work, seimistic reinforcement work and dismantling work for a bridge and watergate etc. by utilizing the cultivated expertises.
